Salary £20,229 to £27,675 per annum

You will be responsible for the management and support of the Force Airwave Radio Service, delivering an effective Service as defined in the Force Service Level Agreement

You must have:

BTEC / ONC in Telecommunications Studies or equivalent or proven experience in an environment delivering a managed radio service.

Experience must include:-

A through understanding of the management and programming of a managed radio service.

A through understanding of the management and programming of radio terminal equipment

Practical experience in liasing with external suppliers in the provision of services or equipment to users.

Knowledge of Customer Service Level and quality of service procedures.

Practical experience in the use of Office Computer Systems for the routine programming Telecommunication Systems and maintaining records.
