Making an impression

Last month saw the training and qualification of three more Sonic staff members in the art of taking personal ear impressions.

The continued demand for Police and Military covert and overt radio users to have custom moulded earpieces means that these three newly qualified "impressionists" will be busy both at Sonic headquarters in Birmingham, the rest of the Country and beyond.

Ear impressions are required for custom moulded products such as the covert wireless earpieces, ear microphones and the more robust public order solution Genesis 1. Having a custom moulded device increases the comfort over long term and allows covert users to have earpieces that fit further into the ear.
