Danimex will supply Harris microwave radios for projects in Scandinavia used for Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) networks worldwide. The agreement includes Harris' TRuepoint family of nextgeneration digital point-to-point radios, which are ideal for public safety networks with their stringent performance and availability requirements. TRuepoint provides robust and flexible options for cost-effective microwave backhaul of both voice and high-speed data traffic from TETRA networks, assuring communications between fire departments, hospitals and other emergency service providers.
