Buying Solutions awards SunGard framework agreement
Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for the UK public sector, has awarded SunGard Public Sector a position on its IT Managed Services framework agreement.
The new agreement provides the public sector with a wide range of IT services, from desktop support to fully managed IT, and is awarded to suppliers based on a range of criteria including sustainability, pricing and service delivery. In addition, wide ranging ICT capability and the ability to reference satisfied customers were considered key attributes.
By using the IT Managed Services framework agreement, public sector organisations will have access to a compliant, sustainable procurement process.
