The British Association of Public Safety Communications Officers (BAPCO) enjoys a high level of credibility as the independent body on matters relating to the design, specification, implementation and use of integrated information and communications technologies for public safety/civil contingency response. Our services and resources are much in demand and as you would expect for an organisation of our type, we need strong leadership to help us drive further access.
Carrying operational responsibility for all aspects of finance, legal, strategic and business planning, here you will have the opportunity to spearhead income generating strategies and represent BAPCO to a wide range of external partners.
You will need to display excellent management and leadership skills and be capable of maintaining this in a rapidly changing and political environment. This is an exciting role that calls for a person with existing senior strategic management experience who is self motivated, energetic, resourceful, entrepreneaurial and a first class negotiator.
