Intergraph provide protection to American capital

Intergraph has deployed a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to enhance safety and security efforts at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports.

Intergraph’s expanded presence in the American capital helped it advance safety and security by enabling regional interoperability and information sharing. By integrating multiple security systems at National and Dulles, Intergraph’s CAD system significantly improves the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) ability to expedite the process for dispatching emergency assistance at both airports.

“Intergraph’s integrated transportation security technologies provide airports, seaports and transit agencies with the ability to prevent, assess, detect and respond to incidents that may threaten the safety and security of passengers and personnel,” said Brig. Gen. Jack Pellicci, U.S. Army (Ret.), general manager of the Intergraph’s Federal, Security and Intelligence business unit.

Since deployment, MWAA has joined a growing number of airports and transit authorities using Intergraph transportation security technologies including Chicago’s Midway and O’Hare International airports, Pittsburgh International Airport, Raleigh/Durham International Airport, San Francisco International Airport, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and New Jersey TRANSIT.
