Memorandum of understanding to enhance public safety
The British Association of Public Safety Communication Officials (British APCO) and Public Safety Communication Europe (PSCE) are proud to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding which outlines their intention to collaborate over the next three years on a range of communication issues which are of mutual interest.
