Link Telecom partners with private mobile networks
Private Mobile Networks Ltd, the UK provider of private GSM network technology, today announced that they are moving ahead on a major project to develop an integrated voice and data communications station for rapid deployment with Link Telecom, an organisation specialising in providing business and personal mobile phones, tariff deals, mobile phone accessories and voice and data products.
Link Telecom’s partnership with PMN (part of the TeleWare Group) covers the Private Mobile eXchange (PMX) product, delivering the full portfolio of TeleWare’s intelligent applications over private mobile networks, including corporate mailbox facilities, call recording on-demand and instant conferencing.
“We are very pleased to be partnering with PMN, the private mobile networks solution complements our existing suite of products,” said Matthew Wright, Commercial Director of Link Telecom. “We see some very exciting opportunities particularly in the emergency services and construction areas, where we are already active,” added Wright.
Link Telecoms will enable customers to purchase fully integrated communications through providing connectivity, hardware, services, administration, support and system management. The initial focus will be in the area of rapid deployment of fully functional voice and data solutions, suitable for use as temporary or emergency deployment to provide internet, phone and security and transmission capabilities. The partnership with Private Mobile Networks to deliver the Private Mobile eXchange will complement their existing products and extends the portfolio offering to business customers.
