BAPCO 2007 will see the public launch of the latest version of the DS2000 Integrated Communication Control System. This new version includes significant user interface and system management enhancements which have been designed in collaboration with the DS2000 customer base. During the event, SunGard will also be demonstrating a Contact Centre based telephone call queuing solution which is now available as an upgrade package for any DS2000 system to enhance call taking and public caller perception for non-emergency call handling scenarios.
