Cassidian appoints first director of Emergency Services
Cassidian has appointed Phil Penning to the role of Emergency Services Business Development Director to expand its expertise in providing leading technology solutions for the blue light services.
Phi has a wealth of experience working with police forces and fire and rescue services to deliver public safety projects within the UK.
His appointment is a key part of Cassidian’s strategy to expand on its current expertise in providing innovative technology for police, fire and ambulance services.
Speaking about his appointment, Phil said: “I am delighted to be leading the work Cassidian is carrying out on closer working with the emergency services.
“These are challenging times for the public sector and many organisations such as police and fire are looking for innovative technology solutions to help them work hard, smarter and safer. Cassidian has a significant role to play in enabling them to achieve this.”
EADS Defence & Security, last month announced its official name change to Cassidian.
