The IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) extends the call for papers deadline to October 5th for the 2011 Wireless Communications & Networking Conference (WCNC)
The annual event, which is to be held 28-31 March 2011 in Cancun, Mexico, is dedicated to the foremost research in wireless communications and networking technologies is expected to include the presentation of more than 500 technical papers, tutorials and business panels.
Last year’s conference, which was held in Sydney, Australia, was attended by nearly 700 international industry professionals and academics representing companies, governmental agencies, and universities from around the world.

Original, unpublished papers will be considered in areas related to the latest advance in digital cellular, PCS, mobile, broadband and terrestrial wireless technologies ranging from vehicle-to-vehicle, multimedia and cooperative communications to video streaming, networking, beamforming and channel modeling. Topics also include, but are not limited to the following:
