New Package Helps Public Sector Organisations Raise IT Service Levels
SunGard Vivista has announced the launch of a new package of IT measures known as "RAISE." These services are designed to help Public Sector organisations transform their IT functions whilst remaining firmly in control of the process.
RAISE, which stands for "Review, Agree, Improve, Secure, and Exit," is a new solution for IT decision makers that focuses on forming a structured relationship with businesses and helping organisations to transform their IT function's performance without transferring ownership.
